Change the Scratch Domain
This is unnecessary. The current domain makes sense. Scratch because it's Scratch. MIT because it was made by MIT. Edu because it's an educational website. Not to mention they have multiple domains that redirect to scratch.mit.edu. Such as scratch.org, scratch.pizza and scratch.love.

now time for cat.mit.edu awesomeeeee
No support for changing the entire domain, especially without warning because some people could of not known about the change and could of been confused as to why it wasn't connecting.

Years on internet: 15 (soon 16)
medians: Oh god not this utc - 12 thing again..
Fun_Cupcake_i81: What, were you expecting not to see the utc - 12 thing again? THE UTC - 12 THIGN ALWAYS RETURNS. ALWAYS.
medians: I knew it would happen. I was the one who started it last year.
Fun_Cupcake_i81: Well then if you didn't want it back maybe you need to time travel to last year and fix that
Oh wait if you could time travel I think we all know exactly when you would go-
user1: That picture is from 2.0. Now he’s at my house and is my pet.
user2: But this is medians we're talking about, so “from 2.0” can mean the same thing as “from five seconds ago”.

No support for scratch.scratchfoundation.org, too long.
Support for scratch.org, since the ST own that domain already.

Change the Scratch Domain
My review:
Scratch.org (10/10)
Scratch.org (10/10)
- Shorter
- Scratch is a non-profit organization
- Professional
- Good domain, but not OK for the main site
- Might be used as a link shortener (scrat.ch/p/104)
- Unproffesional
- Non-standard
- Scratch != codes
- OK
- Scratch can't get EDU domains
- Way too long
- Sounds cool
- Scratch is an app
- Might be used for the editor
- Scratch isn't commercial
- Taken by a DJ site

No support. Every website made by MIT has “.mit.edu” at the end to symbolize, something.. i guess? If we get another domain for Scratch, we might as well move MIT AppInventor to AppInventor.org and the entire MIT website to m.itI know you're Romanian…
No. Scratch isn't owned by MIT anymore.

guide to make good projects <3
Think! Is saying if you support a suggestion necessary? No! People can just tell by your constructive post after it. You have more freedom on your tone!
Forumers, especially new, may also get upset if you say “no support!!!” at them! They may take the whole post in a negative tone, and that makes them upset!
Instead, you can kindly say why their suggestion has cons. They will take it as “constructive criticism” and be happy. - dertermenter

No support. The “.mit.edu” domain is just too iconic.
Plus, it'd just be way too confusing.

Why change it?
You see, sensei~
I love how deep your voice can get. I've been recording and collecting it as MP3s.
I've gone absolutely crazy. From the Internet, I downloaded Audacity.
Cutting, pasting, until it was complete.

Hello, I'm Helios and I use they/xe/he >:^)
I'm an artist and a writer and I do cool stuff. :P
I'm currently working on my first-person story Teacher's Pet Chronicles! The story is about a girl who tells on one student, and then becomes thirsty to tattle on them all! But some classmates aren't easy targets, some are almost impossible to tattle on. Can she remove all of them from the classroom? Will her teacher notice her actions? Hmm…
I'm also working on a collection of poems called “I Wish I Were Them”. It's about a boy who is obsessed with the lives of others.

Change the Scratch Domain
Fun fact: it is very likely changing to scratch.org.
https://github.com/TurboWarp/scratch-gui/pull/785
https://crt.sh/?q=scratch.org (yes, Amazon hosts Scratch)
Probably it's changing with the maintenance
