Yeah, I considered that possibility as well… I did search “balloon parade” into Scratch and I didn't find anything that seemed to match, but it's also quite possible that “Balloon Parade.mp3” was just the working title that they exported it under and that the actual project they put it in had a different name. (I've seen this quite a few times with various people on here who post music.) Or it could just have something to do with the fact that Scratch's search functionality is… lacking at the best of times, not to mention Scratch has terrible SEO when it comes to projects (i.e., Scratch projects flat out are not included in Google search; other pages on the site are for some reason)
Y'know, I'll go check through my favorited projects from that time period (I'll use the project I had convinced myself I got it from, but was apparently wrong, for reference) in case I got it from one of those. Honestly it might have been properly credited there and it could just be my fault for forgetting xD (Although generally when something is credited I edit the file name to include the artist before backpacking it so I won't forget, but I'm not sure if I did that back then

That's TOTALLY the song!!! We just need to find a piano version now. (How did you manage to find that?! Just curious.)
Quick note: The project I found the file in was from 2016, so this guitar version was made (or at least posted to soundcloud) after the piano version should already have been available.

Update: I FOUND IT!!!
Just one caveat - again, this was uploaded in 2017, so the creator of the “Grasslands” game I found the music in must have gotten the file somewhere else. But this is still WAY closer than I ever got searching on my own!!

Another edit: I honestly can't even find any site that will let me even listen to the original song this is a cover of because of it NoT BeInG AvAiLAbLe iN mY LoCaTiOn *joy* - It's probably available in a Spanish-speaking country though because the pages that do pop up in Google before telling me that I don't live in the right place to be able to listen to this music are mostly titled in Spanish.

I just found it by putting part of the song through Shazam… and I got the song. I couldn't find it on Youtube or anything and I just assumed it wasn't the right song, but I Google Search brought me to the Soundcloud page

Interesting that the Grasslands game had it before … I wonder if maybe the project was edited and the sound was added? Or if the song was released somewhere else first. It seems like a random song, not like a big official group or anything (it's not on Youtube, Spotify etc) so I would be surprised if I was uploaded lots of places across many different dates. Yeah, I thought that maybe too, but if you look at the remixes, they have the song too, including the ones that remixed it in 2016 - and the project creator also mentioned in the description that they had been listening to the song while working on making the game.
Also I doubt they downloaded it from Soundcloud because last night I spent like an hour realizing how insanely difficult it is to do that (for ethical concerns I am assuming that the song was at some point available for actual download since Grasslands has it - and also after what happened to TMB (see post #885 on this thread) - i'm really paranoid about losing access to songs i enjoy) and the fact that it involves downloading 28 separate mp3 files. (I kid you not.) There's probably some programs out there that would have done it for me, but I really really REALLY hate installing stuff. :/

And for anyone curious, the way I found to combine 28 separate mp3 files without it getting further compressed is - I kid you NOT - opening them all in a text editor and copy pasting their contents all into one file. Which I really didn't think would work because of how stupid it is but by some bizarre miracle, it… actually did.

Here is some older stuff I remember watching (2014-2016) that I cannot find. Some might be impossible to find, while some might still exist:
1. I remember watching a video that took place inside of a larger indoor playground. I remember old toddler me liking it, but sadly my parents didn't like it as much.
2. I also remember watching a video (most likely one of those family youtubers) and their toilet was getting flooded. My parents did not like it!
3. Lastly, I remember playing this old hot wheels racing game. It must be pretty old, because my parents still had their old Motorola droid.
