No, not that at all.The colours were a a lot brighter and the designs of everything were a lot more realistic.
If this helps, I remember the screen it was focused on having about two ‘hills’ with coral on with the background behind them just being bright blue sea.

The only one I can find is the song called Changes by Faul & Wad Ad. That seems to be it.

There was another one about this bunny who looked a little like the Android logo. I remember it was a puzzle room game, and one of the levels was taking the roof off a school. I can't remember what that was called.

There was a game called Bomboozled that I used to like. now the Moshi Games site has closed, i can't go back to play all these games.

I don't think it is- I don't recall any kind of UI (especially not one that big) or non-diegetic sound (excluding the bubble/fish line) and the colours weren't as dark. I'll have a look at the archive. Also, I think it might've been an interactive screensaver? I'm not sure. I'm also not even sure if it's real tbh, I might be wasting your time.

Well, in that case, there are a bunch of new possible answers.
There are quite a few bubbles screensavers and a few fish/bubbles ones. I can’t find any voiced ones though.
