the computers in the library are so old that when i was a part of a programming class ppl would regularly lose all their progress for the day when the whole thing crashed
normal experience in programming your computer crashes whether you like it or not

these were very, very rudimentary programs and the way it worked it was a pain to save and you could pretty much only do it if you were done for the day. The whole thing would freeze if you opened the coding program and one too many chrome tabs (3. just 3) or almost wholly at random. this was a problem with the computers, you could crash them very easily with a variety of methods unrelated to coding lol

SCHOOL COMPUTERS

Discuss about your school's computers. It can be about their OS, what you can't do on them, what browser they run, how long you have and what you do on them.

RULES:
  • Do not say your school's name or location
Do not say any of your teachers names
    Follow this
I'll answer-
I've been to many schools, some have windows 7, or windows 10. the specs are usually around 4-8GB of ram, and an i3 processer. some school even have i7's with 16GB of ram. (and mac's)

wow 16 gigs with i7 our IT suite has windows 10 machine with around 4 gigs of ram but I'm not sure anyways my class chromebooks are umm underpowered
In Year 5 (4th grade) we had these trash Asus chromebooks with only 32gb SSD and gigs of 4 ram (Year 4/3rd grade have these ones aswell) ( https://www.currys.co.uk/products/asus-c202-11.6-chromebook-32-gb-emmc-grey-and-black-10205065.html )
But now in Year 6 (5th grade) we got some slightly better Dell and Samsung ones
Samsung: https://business.currys.co.uk/catalogue/computing/laptops/chromebook/samsung-chromebook-4-11-6-celeron-n4000-4-gb-ram-32-gb-emmc/P271542P
I think the Dell one is this one (I'm not sure) https://www.dell.com/en-uk/work/shop/cty/pdp/spd/chromebook-11-3100-laptop#configurations_section)
