I do not know why that was closed. I presume it was closed for blockspam, but asking @Paddle2See would be good to serve as confirmation as whether it was rejected.

I don't know, sorry. That predates me joining the Scratch Team — and evidently it wasn't a feature that a lot of us missed.

Maybe it was replaced by the backpack?
