Everybody who uses the forums knows that.
We're trying to campaign on getting forums back on the bar, (removed by moderator - please keep it polite)

Removing “discuss” button is a bad idea even if you can find it at the bottom of all pages. Because there I don't think that new users know that forums exist. Now new scratchers won't go anymore to forums because they won't know it exists. And lowly the forums will begin to be less active until there will be no more activity.
In a way the forums are like a sort of “tips” where new scratchers can ask where they don't understand. And the sticked topics have been also sticked to help no ?
Please, put it back to the bar, lot of people wants it.

When you go on scratch wiki it still says discuss instead of tips.

What happened to the “Discuss” and “Help” stuff at the top of the page?!?!?!?! I want to have them back so badly…!!!

I'm sorry if I seem angry, and the “Tips” thing is great and all, but couldn't you still have “Discuss” and “Help” up there, too?! PLEASE, just put it back to the way it was BEFORE!!!

I'm a person who gets VERY VERY VERY upset and unsettled about change (No matter whether it's good or bad. And, in this case, I think it's DEFINITELY mostly bad.), and I'm sure a LOT of other people on here and around the world feel the same way, too, so, for US, please, I'm begging you, just change it back!

And I'm really sorry, I try not to get angry, but I just feel like I have to stand up about this…! If my "angry emoji/emoticon upsets you or anybody, PLEASE forgive me…!
