No, they aren't. (Not for all of them, anyway)

and, without toasters, we wouldn't have toast.

Nope, that isn't moderating, moderating is mostly dealing with reports and stuff like that most people I've seen in those positions are kids

Scratch need a feature to align shapes in the costume editor when the are moved or resized!

Sure, as long as the link leads to something that follows the Scratch Community Guidelines.
