No.
And please don't speak in entirely capital letters; that's considered yelling, and is impolite.
Unless you're trying to express enthusiasm, such as “OMG I FINALLY BEAT THE ENDER DRAGON!”
What do you mean??
Caps lock can be used to express happiness or excitement. I was simply explaining a situation where caps lock would be okay.

I didn't know that this sticky just became the new Spam Cult. Come on, let's go ahead and stick to the topic.

I don't think that the suggestion about removing the eggplant emoji should be on the list anymore. It was a suggestion from a while ago, and no one suggests it anymore. It was removed a very long time ago, and I don't think anyone even cares about it anymore.

Workaround for the go to x y z block:
define go to x(x)y(y)z(z)
go to x: ((x) / (z)) y: ((y) / (z))

It would do you good if you discussed workarounds in the workaround sticky. However, this does not work, because there is no “z” in a 2D Scratch.

What do you think the custom block is for?

It doesnt work because it is physically impossible to have a 3d coordinate in a 2d editor

Your screen is 2D and it can display 3D images just fine. How do you think 3D scratch projects are made? It doesn't work because there's no Z-axis, it doesn't work because that's not how the Z-axis can be replicated.

It requires more coding beyond this script to make a 3D Scratch, therefore this is not the only key to the workaround.

Let's finish this discussion in the workaround topic, shall we?

No…. but there is no way of the boolean being able to work because the green flag would have to be clicked for it to work.

There is also not too much of a purpose in the green flag clicked event hat. It is exactly the same as “when green flag clicked”. I don't see why you'd have a block for when the green flag isn't being clicked… It would just run the project, whereas clicking the green flag just starts it up.

They aren't rejected, they just wouldn't work, because the project scripts don't work unless the green flag is clicked.

Well, the event hats would, since they require their own events for it to work.

Scripts dont NEED the flag to get clicked to work, like
when this sprite clicked

I'm just going to stop the discussion here and confirm that yes, although the definitions are somewhat ambiguous, they are not explicitly rejected. Feel free to make your own topic suggesting them.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

So, about suggestion 9.2, notifications when you get quoted. at the end it says “If you want to stay updated on a certain topic, you can always follow the topic and get notified on new posts that are made.” But this isn't the main reason this suggestion should be implemented.

IndianRuby718 wrote:

If for example someone posts “support” on a topic and leaves, then someone else quotes them and says “please say why you support”, the first person is never going to see that, because they aren't following the discussion.
The person being quoted probably has no reason to follow the topic if they came over for a simple “support” and leaves.

IndianRuby718 wrote:

[M]y example above [snip] is a very good reason for adding it that hasn't been mentioned. Also, [if it only counts direct quoting, and] if you only get one message no matter how many times someone quotes you up until you view the message, like for normal forum posts, then it can't be abused any more than the regular forums can, right? All the extra quoting would take up that whitespace, but there's no use from it, so the spammers would just stop…
But you could still be spammed if someone has quoted you each time you look at your messages. So I'm not asking to remove this from the rejected list, because I see the problems. I just want to see the above addressed in the reasons why it was rejected. [I also have two ideas to replace this suggestion, and I will make two topics about them, but I want to see what happens with this post first.]
If you want to know where I posted this, it's on here… but my post there was very long XD
Post 102…

So… I didn't update my signature for over a year XP But… I left the forums, and I'm not coming back anytime soon
(and I'm not updating my signature)
