You said you needed a way to deal with inactivity.

To do this - two types of leave and a three-step system will be involved.

Leave type One - Informed Leave - The person on leave is at least able to keep up with the forum topic, though may be unable to make projects.

Leave type Two - Oblivious Leave - Leave where the person cannot guarantee that they can keep up with the forum topic.

For inactivity, the three steps are:

Roll call - if users don't reply within three days and their last post was longer than three days ago at the creation of the poll, users are marked inactive.

If an inactive user doesn't respond to communication attempts from the collab leader, then they are placed on forced retirement, preventing them from working on the collab project until they can convince the leader they are active.

A person on forced retirement that does not post for two weeks is kicked from the collab.
