New coding blocks

Could you please add new event blocks that have parameters? broadcast event would have a field for text or variables, and when i receive event would have that thing in definition blocks where you can drag down that variable thingy and you can put it into fields on blocks attatched to the black.
could you also add a wait until i receive event block? it wouldnt have parameters. Hope this makes sense!

btw, they would look like this:

broadcast [ v] ()

when i receive [ v] (parameter)

wait until i receive [ v] (parameter)

wait until i receive [ v]

repeat until i receive [ v]
end

repeat until i receive [ v] (parameter)
end

these would really help make coding smaller and would make scratch code a little closer to standard languages

This is too complex for an introductory programming language, like why 2D lists were rejected; I don't even understand it.

Please note that I may sometimes make a mistake and give wrong information.

But then I had a very good idea. I used F5. See, using F5 gave me a whole new perspective and I was able to see a chest I couldn't have seen before.

so lets say you are making a game and dont want to have lots of broadcasts
so you do

broadcast [defeated v] (enemy name) :: control

for each enemy so you can apply later

dont just say “dont ban evade” or “wrong topic” for a question. answer it, and THEN tell them that this is the wrong topic or not to ban evade. giving just “rejected” and putting the college essay that is TOLORS is not enough. Explain! dont just use ctrl-c ctrl-v! even if it is not what some people want, explain the rejection! answer the question! the forums are not a place to repeat others, they are a place to innovate! anyway who wants to minimod?

scratchers on the forums from 10-500 posts have at most, a 7 short sentence span for replies. if you cant keep your posts in this range, then dont act suprised when someone asks for simplified version
