Probably, but it is 100% your choice. If they are acting against the community guidelines then report them.

To poppybunny- is it alright if I close new shops joining for a week or so so that the new positions can be voted on together, people can fill the positions and I can update the information?

Also, I am working on an official response to the activity check

I never knew this existed until @chaseman3245 asked me to be his Shop Representitive, now I know its here, but I wouldn't have ever found it otherwise, I don't know how @chaseman3245 found it, but he didn't for a long time, our shops went mostly unnoticed, and now his shop is doing great! I think this would help more people with their shops, and I second this!

2.6: You must respond to activity checks within 3 days
2.6.1: If you don’t respond you will be notified on your profile
2.6.2: If you don’t respond within a month your position will be declared vacant
2.6.3: As a shop Representative you can respond on behalf of your shop. This does not protect any of your members, but it does guarantee that your shop will stay

According to this (kinda vague) law the shops still have 3 days left to respond. They will then be given a month to respond to a profile comment before being fully removed. Since this was not a representative activity check but a shop activity check, the law looks kinda different.

2.6: You must respond to activity checks within 3 days

So basically in 3 days shop owners will be notified and given a month to save their shop from loss of membership…


Also, a vote is going to be underway in a few days to put in place the laws in section 9 once the members list is updated. Thanks for your patience.

Also, since we have no finders, judges, may I ask that you track down all shops that haven’t been added and tell me if any incorrect information. Thanks again!

What exactly is the point of an activity check? It just seems like a pointless way of firing a load of people.
