hey! yes we should definitely start looking at that, i also think we should solidify our questions for leaders interested in judging to answer.

That sounds good! And I forgot, are we doing cabin wars, and if so when? So some questions could be what previous experience do you have with writing and competitive writing? Will you be active all throughout January and February and is there anything that may diminish your activity? Any suggestions?

cabin wars will be jan 13 and 27! and those are good questions for writing comp judges, along with the one about if they have or are willing to make a nano account <3
also, here are the dailies up until the 18 :)

- Write about a Victorian style party back in the 1800s- what are they saying? Do they gossip? What's happening? Write 300 words to complete this daily, and submit it for 400 points- 500 with proof!!
- Fairy tales! From poisoned apples to glass slippers, today you'll be partially remaking one of your favorite fairy tales that you loved when you were a kid! Doesn't matter which, as long as you write at least 350 words and your fractured fairytale is finished you can turn it in for 200 points! You don't have to write about the whole fairytale - just make sure you include the best part of the story, the plot! Share your fairytale with us for 100 extra points!
- I know you don't like cliffhangers, and you probably hate to read the stories that always cut you off at an amazing part in the story! But today you're going to be doing the same just like how those authors did to you, it's your turn! Think of all the characters and plots you could have, but make sure to live it on a cliffhanger - no happy endings; only suspense! Write at least 300 words and gain 150 points for your cabin; 100 more if you let all of us read your cliffhanger.
- Storytime! What was your favorite story as a child? Maybe a Disney classic or an old family story? Now, what if you were in it? Most of us have spent countless hours wondering, so, rewrite the story. This time you are in it. Would you be the princess who loses the slipper? Or the comedic relief side character? It's your world now! Write 350 words for this daily, and it's worth 400 points! 500 if you share proof.
- Share a writing prompt in the comments and choose someone else's to write about. Write at least 200 words using this prompt for 250 points (350 with proof)!
- Alrighty, for this one you need to figure out what your favorite word is. Yes, yes I know there are a lot to choose from (around 470,000 in the Oxford English Dictionary) and you need to choose one! Okay, now you know your word, let's make it an acrostic poem! Your poem should be at least 50 words long for 75 points- 175 with proof!
- Have you ever journaled before? Maybe yes, maybe no- well, whether or not you have, today you will be! You can journal about anything, from what you had for breakfast, to your wishes for the future, to even a funny dream you had last night. The possibilities are endless. Make sure your daily has at least 300 words in order to claim 350 points (450 with proof)!
- Today’s daily is… Cabin Wars! Please go to this project ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/945027957/ ) and read everything before beginning- good luck, go to sleep at a good time, and may the best cabin win!

- Write about a time traveler- maybe they went back in time, to a prehistoric age, or a time in the far future where phones and iPads are an ancient thing. The possibilities are endless. Write at least 250 words to claim 300 points, but 400 if you share proof!
- Think about all the toys you've had as a little kid, or now! Think about the plushies sitting on your shelf - because today you'll be writing 300 words on what happens when you're gone and away from your toys! If you've never played with your toys before or never named them, make up a fun story about toys coming to life! Whether your cat stuffed animal will come to life and attack the rest of them or robots starting a war - finish this daily for a total of 200 points and 100 more if you share them!
