You'll need to get a server like Apache HTTP Server or Microsoft IIS [Express].…but you replied to me, hence wasting more timefiredrake, drake, what's the difference?afaik it's Firedrake.. Drake

Django (Python) + whatev (nginx or gunicorn normally)When “Drake” used to like PHP… hmmmmreally? I figured the server would've been Node because I thought that was Drake's like, favorite backend.it's PHP… i created a fork, got it downloaded (git is sweg)
where is the node app located so i can run the server on a localhost:wxyz?
get a server like Apache or Microsoft IIS.
OS uses the XAMP stack.
(btw it's drake or fire or firedrake, but never “fired rake”)

Announcement
Just bringing this topic back up from the dead for a friendly update on how we're doing. OpenSprites is in the final stages of development, and since this topic was last on page 1, we've:
- Switched over to a Linode VPS.
- Converted the website to full https with LetsEncrypt.
- Done some design tweaks.
- Scrapped TeamCity CI (
)
- Reached 100 users.
We also have plans to implement our own image hosting service, the loose plan of which can be found here. If I can't motivate the existing team into starting the sub-project, I might require a few extra hands with experience with node to help out- watch this space!
The approximate running cost of OpenSprites is £92 per year, so if you think you can lend a hand, please give me a shout!

Hai! I'm willing to help develop in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I'm also willing to possibly be an admin for your site. Maybe you could have the Offical Sprite Team? Kinda like Scratch Team.

Works for me, it's not like anything particularly complicated is going on.Doesnt work with ubuntu fire fox D:shh the frontend isn't readydun dun duuuuuun*gasp*
Keep in mind that the upload button will actually redirect you to the image's hosted URL, which you can copy and paste, e.g. https://opensprites.org:3000/N15AmJ_ne.
