you could change what we offer to more specific order things {like BugFix, Script(Code) Script(BBCode) Art, Animation} to make things less chaotic. I like the idea of timezones.

Also, a requested time frame to get the order done, most people want it done within a certain amount of time with a minimal time frame being a week or 2.

This is just my opinion and I'll understand if you don't want to use my ideas, but I've noticed these things I mentioned help shops.

Edit: can you also add a partnership form? I would like to partner with you via Glow Shop and maybe even Knightbot's Shop 2.0 since I own both lol
