Hello! This is your first review from the Pure Reviews / Reviewing Federation!

First Impressions: 8.5/10
Upon first impressions, the design and neat colors are very welcoming and pleasing. The directory could be at top, so it could be easier to navigate and same with the welcome to the Glow Shop message which feels like should be at the top. There could also be a Federations page with federations and the main page could branch off so it's more cleaner. There should be an employee chat topic because a lot of the pages are just employee chatting
Ordering: 9/10
Ordering is very straightforward. Go to a Forms page and copy the Form.

Username - It's quite obvious what the username is and “Organizational structure” would be an obvious excuse. There should be a “Where should you receive your order?” instead and you could type “Default”, so you could just receive it at your profile
The rest of the form is pretty straightforward and the time of 48 hours is acceptable
The Order - 9/10
The order was really creative with very nice colors, the position could have been improved and the effect of the background but otherwise it was pretty good for being delivered in a short amount of time but I would suggest changing Theme to Describe in Detail
Reviewing - 10/10
This time I got why it needed the username (for the reviews shown on the main page) and the form was very straightforward

1.0 - Always be respectful to Scratchers
1.1 - Make sure to read the Scratch TOS as well
1.2 - If you are experiencing rude comments from Scratchers then report immediately
1.2.1 - If they continue to post rude comments then notify another employee and scratch team. Do not interact
1.3 - EMPLOYEES: You are not allowed to take more than the required time requested on an order
1.3.1 - If you fail this you will be awarded with a strike, code Pink (exemptions will be excluded)
1.4 - Make sure to follow the order requirements that the customer asks
1.5 - Be a good person
1.6 - In the Employee Form where it asks you if you read the Terms of Service, put the code phrase “Fanta” or we will not accept you.
1.7 - [In the Order Form where it asks you if you read the Terms of Service, just say “yes” as there is no code word for orders.
1.8 - Keep chatting to a minimum unless ALL orders are complete, failure to do so will result in ONE STRIKE
1.9 - When quoting a chain of already quoted posts, keep quote chain to a max of FOUR quotes, this helps reduce the clutter and makes pages shorter while keeping them easy to understand.

Strikes: Explained

1: Red: Blatant disrespect/rudeness to any personnel affiliated within the Glow Shop staff
2: Orange: Blatant disrespect/rudeness to any personnel affiliated with other shops/partners
3: Yellow: Blatant disrespect/rudeness to any personnel attempting to order from the Glow Shop
4: Green: Talking with open order, with ample time to notice it was posted. exceptions include posting at the same time of an open order up to 5 minutes after, **Specific to 5 minute rule** only if no one else has made any comment after the order.
5: Blue: Purposefully ruining the quality of any order due to personal reasons or talking back to Manager or any other higher-up after an order was directed at you or a suggestion to improve the Shop was rejected by said higher-ups. Most suggestions have already been mentioned/tried and either failed or will fail.
6: Purple: Inactive, didn't respond to activity check even with ample time.
7: Pink: Failure to complete order with ample time without giving a warning or reason as to why it would be late.

Daily Duties

ΞCo-OwnerΞ

- Monitor Shop for ToS breaks (specifically, rule 1.10 and Strike Chart
- Hand out respective strike punishments according to chart
- Ability to assist in employee form hiring when Owner is active (put in opinion of Scratcher asking to be hired) and ability to accept/deny employee forms when Owner is inactive.
- IF handling employee forms, must be able to keep track of employees yet to be added to roster, and when Owner returns to supply owner with list of changes to make to OP.
- Be Nice :]

ΞChief Marketing ManagerΞ

- RESPECTFULLY manage the Marketing district, and display ads of the shop around the corners of scratch, LEGALLY (Do not break the scratch TaC)
- Pitch in marketing ideas to Co-Owner and Owner of shop to try and gather more business

ΞArt Department ManagerΞ

- RESPECTFULLY manage the Artistic District
- Make sure orders get completed on time
- Handle any communication issues between Customers and Employees RESPECTFULLY OF BOTH PARTIES
- Communicate properly with Co-Owner and Owner on issues within the District (Tell us if something comes up, we can probably fix it)

ΞCode ManagerΞ

- RESPECTFULLY manage the Coding District
- Make sure orders get completed on time
- Handle any communication issues between Customers and Employees RESPECTFULLY OF BOTH PARTIES
