I started scratching a few years ago as Riverplaza2011 at a video game production camp I made a new account so I could make projects on my own. I think I would be a good curator because, I am Fair, I am creative, And I think I am a good scratcher. If I became a wonderful curator on the front page I would curate the following:

Projects with under 350 views
Projects with under 80 love-its
The project must be from someone with 90 or under followers
Platformers
Art generators maybe RPGs
I would add 2 projects per day and if I miss a day because of sickness or whatever there will be 4 the next day

I would really like to become a curator on the Scratch homepage. I would make an excellent curator, since I'm very polite, kind and helpful.

My Scratch Story
I started Scratch about three months ago. It was a great friend of mine called bababa12 who told me about this fantastic website. I could remember those first couple of days on Scratch where I couldn't figure out any of the blocks. I didn't know how to make a sprite jump, or how to use any of the variables. I really struggled to make a good game, but the great thing was that I could just take a sneak-peak at someone elses games from the inside, and that is what i really love about scratch. You can learn from other people. Thanks to this, my games have gone from level 1 to level 10.

After a month I really fell inlove with Scratch. I realized how great it was. How educational, how fun. That's why I usually spend hours on Scratch every day. I really learned a lot from Scratch. Scratch could really help you with all the I.C.T technology and that stuff, but also because of the great, educational projects people make. I have already got a few great examples to show you what kind of Scratch projects I really like and I would like to put on the homepage

Example 1: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/136196/ I chose this project, because it's very educational. It teaches you a lot of Geography, history, literature, etc.

Example 2: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/16002332/ This was another project I wanted to add, because its very fun. Scratch is educational and fun at the same time

Example 3: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/13926825/ This project could tell you a lot about the solar syastem. Again, educational

Example 4: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/3047921/ Everbody loves a fun platforming game

I chose games which are
-Educational
-Fun
-All a bit different (animation, educational, platformer)
-Appropriate
-Games with lots of effort put into

Every day I will try to add up to 3-5 projects.

I started Scratch on @ajmedley9 thanks to a friend of mine, @d610. I met many friends along the way, and made several accounts .I would like to curate because I enjoy Scratch and would like to try something new with it. I would probably include: pixel games and/or drawings, platformers, educational projects, and other animations. My love limit would be 5 and my favorite limit would also be 5.

I want to be curator because I have found many interesting projects which I want to show to the rest of the Scratch Community.
I would be good for the position because I have been on Scratch for more than two years, so I know it fairly well, and because I try to be respectful.
I would curate projects which generate things randomly (such as http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/15781791/), interesting science or math-related projects (such as http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/11708879/) or projects which use lists in interesting ways (such as http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/11988770/). Most of these projects would probably fall under the “simulations” tag.
I like these projects because I like randomness learning, and Scratch.

I curate projects about bowling or short shows below 40 love its or 5 favorites
that respectful that are math and add yourself projects below 25 scripts and newer than 1/29/2014

hello fellow scratchers, and scratchteam, as you have guessed from why I posted here, I would be interested in curating. as some may know, I've had a bit of an on-off history, and a teensy bit of a bad reputation. however, I am not normally like this, and to show everyone who I really am, I've decided to contribute towards making up for what I did by volunteering as a curator. this is all I ask. so if I am curated, I would b more than happy to show you, for me, what makes a good project.

I would love to be a curator. If I was, I would mainly curate the projects that really deserve it, but still notice the projects that aren't as big. I wouldn't focus on whether a project is “popular” or not and give constructive criticism, to help make improvements. I usually focus on educational projects and experimental projects that test the ability of Scratch, and I also like games and constructive projects. I would be very happy if I became curator, but I'll be okay if I'm not. Thanks for your consideration!
