Sounds neat, but there's no way I'm buying one for this price, as many people have previously stated.

Or radio, or computers, or email, or the internet, or Google Glass. Everything seems funny and awkward when it's new.

Then again, it might just be awkward. I don't know; I don't have one.

This may be true, if you were sitting in the middle of a park, staring at a box, while people are jogging next to you, staring at the stupidity of the situation.

But as with a TV, and a radio, and a computer, these things are fine if you are doing it privately at home. Once it's public, it's awkward.

Holding a radio while you shop?
Saying sappy stuff to your loved one while at a concert?

In public, even what you think is normal will be blown out of proportions weird-wise.

Just on a side note, try saying “OK, Glass” to Siri a few times.

I tried one of these at a Maker Faire a few weeks ago, and it was honestly way more practical than I had previously thought. The most surprising thing for me was that the screen was really un-invasive.
