8+2 is still an interesting choice for M1X. Especially since it could be limited to 32 GB of Unified Memory!

Rumours say that the 16 or 32 core GPU is faster than the dedicated AMD graphics in the 16" MacBook Pro 8+2 is still an interesting choice for M1X. Especially since it could be limited to 32 GB of Unified Memory!

Not really surprising. M1's GPU PPW is about 2x faster than AMD and NVIDA's. Apple's GPU ip is probably more impressive than their CPU ip.16 core GPU, faster than the highest-end in the 16", yes. Haha - I actually used a Python script to open up all the topics I've made in scratch and it returned and opened 140 tabs. Wayy too much for me. I barely use around 30-40 max. You know, I think that's about a 100 more than enough. XD

The MacBook Pro could have a notch or something like that because there's 74 extra pixels on the leaked resuloutions on macOS beta… 16:10 is not going to happen without the notch, and Apple probably isn't getting rid of it…

What an event… 14“ binned M1 Pro only gives you 8 CPU cores and 14 GPU cores… 16” is better though. Starts at 10 and 16. That's the only complaint I got. Really good MacBook Pros! The leaks were indeed correct.
