Easy workaround
Go to McDonalds, ask for a Big Mac, ask your family for a book, then ask a licensed pilot to take you up in the air, get a chip (lays) and write M1 and put it in the book, tape the big mac to the book and throw it out of the plane. Boom! M1 MacBook Air

They could use Virtualization Software like Parallels to run Windows 11 on it. Not a problem. Ask Scratch Tech Tips™ for more info.
