ウィキペディアのリンクを貼ることはOKだと思います。なぜなら、WikipediaのリンクにするBBcodeがディスカッションフォーラムにあるからです。例えば

[wp]ja:メインページ[/wp]

とすると「ja:メインページ」になります。

↑こういう線の下に宣伝とか書いてる人がよくいるけど、こういう線より下の文章には「署名」って名前がついていて、設定を行うと自動で投稿にくっついてきます。詳しいこととか設定方法はこのページにあるので確認してみてください。
この「署名」以外で関係ないこととかをするのは基本禁止なのでそういうことやりたいと思ったら署名でやってください。

日本語フォーラムの使い方っていうプロジェクトを作ったのでどうぞ。

他の人からも指摘をされている通り、ScratchにScratch外で連絡する方法を書くことは禁止されています。これは、署名だけでなく、Scratch内のすべての場所についてです。繰り返しになりますが、コミュニティーガイドラインを読むようにお願いします。

今までまぁまぁディスカッションフォーラムはやってきたのですが、たまにstickyトピックの使い方が分からなくなる事があります。
そういう場合は「使い方が分からなくなってしまったトピック」か、「質問コーナー」どちらで質問すればよいのでしょうか？

それは非常に不適切な言葉です。アメリカのスラングをネットやゲームなどでみて、それをそのまま使うと大変困ったことになる場合があります。通常の会話の中でそれを使うと、ちゃんとした人として扱われなくなる可能性もあります。
〇で置き換えても隠したことにならないので、少なくともその部分は消すことをお勧めします。
