Yes, they're the same thing. Also, there are other older versions of Scratch besides 1.4

(In case you actually don't know, all at once is from the 2.0 alpha stage)

Mockups of more versions:

run [without screen refresh v] {

} :: grey //runs the blocks inside it without screen refresh, like the CB option

run [in turbo mode v] {

} :: grey //runs the blocks inside it in turbo mode (only when in normal mode)

run [in normal mode v] {

} :: grey //runs the blocks inside it in normal mode (only when in turbo mode)

This could be one block with the options above.

Support. Now we have to create a new custom block just to make something run without screen refresh, and this will make it more convenient.

point in direction (90)
repeat (180)
turn cw (1) degrees
move (2) steps
end
turn ccw (180) degrees

and it will run instantly. Note: Make sure to click run without screen refresh
