Taken. But what color would you like it to be? Would you want me to write “SSA” on it or the full name?

You can use this code:

[color=blue]insert text[/color]
[color=red]insert text[/color]
[color=orange]insert text[/color]
[color=darkgreen]insert text[/color]
[color=gold]insert text[/color]

For black, well… the normal text is already in black, so I suppose you don't have to insert anything.

one question though, why is there a minimum for how long you can be away?
How long of leave do you want to take (min. 3 days): dunno, be back tho
Why are you taking leave?: stress and depression.
Do you wish to assign someone to take over your role during the period? If so, then who?: I would suggest someone professional.
Any other notes: i'll be back eventually.

Ok, sure… the minimum is there so that people don't unnecessarily fill up the form for short term leaves.
