Why, you've got a nice shop there! I don't usually use the rating system when reviewing shops so could you make do with this?:

Nice banners you got there, and the formatting is quite nice. It would be even better if you added some color on it. The quoting boxes are quite organized, but you don't need to add a space between quote boxes:

Once you have more workers you should also start positions like Assistant Secretary and Partnerships Officer.
