When you first look at The Oreo Shop 2.0, there is the banner, which is made by a staff member, which is good as you sell banners.The banner seems of high quality, and you have an About section, which is great for customers to know what kind of shop they are going to order from, However, I think it might be beneficial to list down your services, instead of keeping them on the Staff post, which customers will be most likely to not read. Your posts are quite easy to understand, which is good, and you have a directory on every post. Your rules are easy to understand and clear. You have all types of forms, except a Resign Form, which isn't that important in my opinion. In my opinion, you might want to remove the link in the directory of the post that you are currently on, but as I said, it's only my opinion. But the only thing that bothers me most is that you do not have a portfolio, or unique additions. You might want to add a portfolio so customers can see how skilled your shop is. You might want to add something unique too, to help your shop stand out from the other competitors. (Other shops) Overall, you still have plenty of helpful information.

You show an great mastery of BBCode, it helps the shop look more professional and pleasing! However, you could still improve more by touching it up a bit, highlighting (Bold and Big) the important posts.

Productivity: 7.5/10

To calculate your productivity, I use two measures, OPP, Orders Per Page, and SI, Spam Index. I am using the last 4.5 pages to calculate this. (19,18,17,16,15). Your OPP Score is 1/4.5, it is quite low, and I noticed it was unfinished, but that's fine, as it was the most recent post as of now. your SI, Spam Index is 30/90, or 0.30. (I hope this is right), You might want to get workers to stop going off-topic a lot.

Shop Environment: 7/10

Your shop is very lively, and workers seem to enjoy themselves, but there is a lot of off-topic posts, so you could make a new thread or studio for that. When there is too much spam, it is very unlikely that customers will order. I also recommend bumping more often so more people will notice it.

Final Impression: 77/100 - C+

This shop has loads of potential, and could be the next big shop, if you lowered the amount of Spam, and tried bringing in some more orders. Hope this helps, and good luck!
