I don't know if we've already talked about it here, but apparently you are able to change the maximum number of uploaded courses. For example, my brother currently has 21/64 uploaded courses, and the maximum used to be only 32. He doesn't even have too much popularity.

Everyone can now upload up to 64 courses. I haven't uploaded any courses, however I still have the option to upload up to 64 courses.
