I support, I misclicked when I meant to type Sx not sx, and now it’s different from my pfp (I decided my pfp before the account). That would be nice if you mistyped and were left with “BUrger” or something instead of normal caps.

no, not really. that's rejected, but changing capitalization isn't.
i.e. changing Jxs1689-for-school to Jxs1689-for-stuff isn't allowed, but Jxs1689-for-school to JXS1689-for-school is.

i would guess that, based on the way scratch stores usernames, that would still be impossible if changing capitalization was made a feature

No, you wouldnt, because you cant change the name of your account. For example, you cant create 2 accounts called @salad and @SALAD. it would only work if you have the account name and you want to change the capitalization, for example if i OWNED the account @salad and want to change the capitalization to @Salad via Account Settings.
