It uses Wikicode, in which you can use HTML too.

my question is what if some mini pop up (ex. google asking to translate something) with a clipboard icon came from scratch but it went away before i could read it what would that pop up be asking?

On the page “Project Trends”, in the section “100% pen”, there is an interwiki link that goes to studio 311847. I think having an interwiki link with no text for it makes the link look quite off without the proper context, and the sentence should instead be reworded to "Examples of such projects can be found [[studios:311847|here]]."
