When we decide to host one, we will post about it on the community portal. Then we will have a nominations page where users can nominate themselves. We explain all of this in further detail when an election happens.

Our staffs are looking for the solution for this bug somehow. They will be back after a few days.

Correction: editing returns 403 errors, but other pages are still viewable. I have contacted the server operators for help.
