You can still go to the Scratch Welcoming Commitee Studio to welcome and meet new scratchers. Don't worry!
Also, you can go to the Discussion Forums by scrolling down to the footer (Where you can change the languages), looking under the header “Community”, and clicking the link that is titled “Discussion Forums”. I hope you aren't sad!

when green flag clicked
forever
next costume
wait (0.1) secs
end
