I would love to have this. I find having to remove people and re-invite them is a pain.
To prevent people from wrecking studios, I would suggest that if you try to demote a certain number of managers in a short period of time, a notice would appear at the top of the screen saying something along the lines of “Whoa, you're demoting a lot of people at once! Please wait longer between demoting managers.”

i strongly agree. there is always the time when some dose something bad to a studio so you disside to make them a creater but, you have to re-invite them. this will be really helpful to some people.

This would be helpful if you promote someone but you later decide you don't trust them as much but you don't want to remove them from the studio altogether. It could also be helpful if people didn't want to be a manager in a studio anymore but they didn't want to leave.
