Rules:
1 Please follow the Community Guidelines.
2 Hide the word “see” in your form - just work it into one of your sentences (and don't point it out).
3 It's okay not to include a banner link, but if you do, please make sure it is with a Scratch-trusted image source (a full list is available here).
4 Shops may be issued a warning. This warning starts as sapphire, but can be increased to gold and then ruby. If still nothing is done about it, the shop will be removed from the federation. A shop with a current warning will not be issued reviews and can not use the reward system.
5 We are strongly against currencies. None of our shops can require a currency (like BlockBit), and none of our staff members can work at shops that do.
(Customers are not required to read beyond this point.)
6 Activity checks are used here. Staff members (unless having notified us of an inactivity period) must respond to an activity check within 4 days. If you don't, you get 1 mark. 3 marks = fired.
7 If you are fired for activity checks, you may fill out a form to rejoin. If fired for a different reason, you may not.

For Reviewers:

(How Reviewing Works Here)
The schedule is a list on the reviewing page that includes each shop, when its next review is, and who will be reviewing it. You can check the schedule for when you need to review a shop. Note that the date is when to START the review, not to submit it. A review should normally take up to 5 days. There is a form on the reviewing page which you fill out with a rating and suggestions, then ask for permission to post on the shop.
(A Basic Guide to Reviewing) For Novices
1 So, first you read the shop's rules and figure out what they make. Then place an order.
2 Next, look over other orders they've done, think about the quality, and things they could improve.
3 Wait until they finish YOUR order, then see what you like and don't like about IT.
4 Copy the "review form” on the reviewing page of The Gemstone Federation and fill it out with things they could improve about the speed, quality, benefits, etc. Add a 1-20 rating to the review form and ask for permission to post it on the shop.

Try to be active on Reviewing Day. The first staff member to post their review order on Reviewing Day (and tell me on this topic) gets a trophy on the staff page next to their username. If you reach 10 trophies, you get to be a manager.

For Image Hosters:
Just watch the topic. When @ilovestories or a manager says we need an image uploaded, see if anyone's done it, and if not, upload it and quote with the link.
I also may ask a specific Image Hoster to upload the image, and if they do it before anyone else does, then I'll mark it as done.

The review order for El Bandidos has been submitted. I chose a music order. I asked for original music only.I will submit a coding order after music is done. I am curious how skilled they claim to be, and some of the business practices seem to be a tiny bit sketch. The shop is also run by a NS, so if not an alt, this makes me curious about their coding skills.
