As of November 27, 2024, we will no longer be accepting cinematic/orchestral orders, as our main employee for the genres does not have the proper resources to create an amazing-sounding track.

1. Scratch's Community Guidelines–like everywhere else–still apply here.
   
   
2. Music takes time to create. There are a lot of beats, effects, melodies, and/or voices that go into creating a song, so please be patient with your order. We require a minimum of 7 days to finish your order.
   
   
3. If you are ordering, please keep your song's length to a maximum of 3 minutes and 30 seconds. (This may be temporary, As we gain employees, we'll see what we can do.)
   
   3.1. You may order albums, but you must keep the number of songs in it less than or equal to three
   songs.
   
   
4. If you end up using one of our songs, credit us. If you don't, we will ask you nicely, and if you still refuse, you will be order banned.
   
   
5. Don't use any of our resources, unless it's our button. Please use that. That'd be appreciated.
   
   
6. Do not chat for a prolonged time inside the forum topic, unless it's about your order. This is so we can keep the forum topic organized and on-topic.
   
   
7. Failure to follow the Terms of Service will result in a warning. If you reach 5 warnings, you will be given an order ban.

2. Activity checks will be posted every month on the 15th at around 14:00 GMT-4 (unless otherwise stated). Failure to reply within seven days will result in a warning.

   3.1. Failure to finish a prioritized order on time will result in two warnings.
   
   
4. If you are a trainee, you must get three orders approved by a member of the BoD (Board of Directors) to become an employee.
   
   4.1. Remember to check with a BoD member before submitting an order. Failure to check with one will
   result in a warning.
   
   
5. Do not bump this topic unless you are on the Board of Directors. If you are, only bump a maximum of once every 24 hours or when the topic isn't visible on the front page.
   
   5.1. If you are not a member of the BoD, please refrain from using any resources; unless it's the button.
   It'd be nice if you put that in your signature.
   
   
6. Do not chat for a prolonged time inside the forum topic, unless you're discussing a customer's order. This is so we can keep the forum topic organized and on-topic.
   
   6.1. If you finish an order as a trainee and wish to check with a BoD member, please do so in their
   profile comments. If they aren't open, speak to them via one of their projects, or this topic.
   
   
7. Failure to follow the Terms of Service as a staff member will result in a warning. 5 warnings will get you fired, with a 1-week cooldown before you can re-apply with lesser chances of getting in.
   
   7.1 If you are a new trainee, you won't be warned if you make a mistake only once for each rule.
   If you end up breaking the same rule twice, you will receive a warning.

  The president has all the power in the shop. He can change rules, approve applicants and orders,

• VICE PRESIDENT
  The vice president has most of the power in the shop. They can change rules (with the president's
  approval), approve applicants and orders, and accept orders.
  
  
• MANAGER
  Managers have some power in the shop. They may approve applicants and orders, and accept
  orders.
  
  
• EMPLOYEE
  If someone is an employee, then they have gotten three of their orders approved by a member of the
  BoD and are authorized to send orders to the customer without approval from a member of the BoD.
  
  
• TRAINEE
  If someone is a trainee, their application has been accepted. They will require three of their orders to be

It shouldn't be registered as a trademarked brand unless it IS a trademarked brand/company. And from what I'm seeing, it's not. You would, however, have the rights to trademark it if you had a logo that could be trademarked (and if it was company or a brand name)
