Enchantment: DeflectionSomething like this would be cool, but I feel like it would be a bit overpowered if it has a 100% chance of dealing damage. I think there should only be a chance for it to deal damage or deflect projectiles, maybe three levels with a 20% chance at level I, 40% chance at level II, and 60% chance at level III. Maybe it could also be like thorns where there's a durability penalty.
An enchantment for shields. When a melee attack is deflected, the portion that is deflected will be dealt to the attacker. When a projectile hits the shield, its trajectory will reverse, sending it back to the attacker (if the attacker hasn't moved).

They should add a new mode to minecarft- Fast mode. Basically mobs spawn at day, in all light levels, you heal faster but also take more damage, you get hungrier quicker, but food restores more hunger, creepers instantly explode, no hissing. Skeletons can shoot 5 arrows per second, and so can you, Skeletons can also shoot down doos, and mobs can always see you, even if you are behind doors. This is like Ultra-Ultra-Ultra hardcore. Also Enderman can spwan with bows, to shoot you from afar.
Tea. Chocolate.

Clouds are kind of ugly. Let's fix that!
First, raise them to above the build limit (y = 260 - 264 should be good). That removes one of the main reasons clouds are usually turned off: they can intersect blocks. They used to be above the build limit back when the build limit was only 128, but when they raised it, they forgot the clouds and now whenever you build at y = 128, you will have clouds passing through it and it doesn't look good.
Second, make them rounder. Still made of squares, but more fluffy in general.
Also, maybe a sound and particle effect for passing through them?

New Ores: aluminium (stronger than iron and gives 10% more speed), titanium (stronger than diamond and netherite, but really rare), tin (weaker than iron but as strong as copper), silver (stronger than iron but much less durability), platinum (idk, probably can’t even make tools from it), cobalt (similar strength to iron), ruby (rarer than diamond but extremely valuable), sapphire (not as rare as ruby or diamond but still rather valuable), amethyst (easier to find than sapphire but still valuable) and rhodium (extremely rare, found in single blocks, cannot make tools but can be traded for lots of diamonds and emeralds)

In 1.14 they added a “crawling” state that you can go into by not having enough room above you. But perhaps in a future update you could be able to activate it by sprinting while crouching.
Also, hoglins should drop leather (or something that is equivalent to leather) so you can make leather armor in the nether.
Also, Silk Touch should drop infested blocks. Also, infested blocks should have a unique inventory icon so you know they are infested and don't accidentally build with them.
Also, I should probably stop before this becomes “a bunch of random tiny things that I kind of sort of want in an 11-year-old cube game”

Structure: meteorite
A large spherical chunk of obsidian and magma blocks, as well as fire (magma blocks support fire like netherrack). Inside, there is a chance for diamond blocks and lava. One or the other, not both. A large crater surrounds the meteorite and it comes in various sizes. Perhaps an occasional event that causes a meteor to streak through the sky and when it lands it creates a meteorite. That would be cool, and infinite diamonds as a bonus. Then again, volcanoes, tsunamis, actual waves and earthquakes sound cool as well.
