What are you talking about the Text Games Based forums are my favourite forums
I fixed it, it was probably a thing from one of the previous forums.

I was going to post that, but I felt like it fell under “Restricting sharing/See Inside” and “Banning minor remixes”.

Has anyone even actually suggested those blocks?

This list isn't exactly for features that could go wrong (and there is plenty of reason as to why the Scratch Team would not want to add these blocks), but features that go in this list are generally suggested multiple times by people, and explained by a Scratch Team member why the suggestion cannot exist on Scratch.

I truthfully don't know what this is suggesting, but it seems to be rejected anyway: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/323497/?page=1#post-3337885

I'm not sure either. I guess I'll add it when I figure out what it means, or it could be something already on this list.

I just asked @Paddle2See about it; this is what he said:

Paddle2See wrote:

He is suggesting that Scratch provide a way to generate executable files that could be run on other devices, such as a smartphone (his example). I generalized it a bit to include all “black box” executables, where you can run the program but not see the scripts that make it run. It isn't something that matches well with our goals for Scratch.
It appears that it fits under “restricting remixing/see inside”, so you probably don't need to make a new entry for this.

35: Showing exact post count of other users:

Paddle2See wrote:

The reason that post counts were made “fuzzy” in the first place was to de-emphasize the importance attached to the post count - to prevent spamming for post count. We don't want people focusing on “the numbers” - but rather working to make quality posts that encourage meaningful communication. I see no real benefit from making it easier to see the exact number.

Is it possible for YOU to see YOUR exact post count, though? And, if yes, how?

This doesn't quite deserve to go in the list, but is “switch the stage to the left in Scratch 3.0” rejected?

@thisandagain commented this on his profile a day or two ago:

thisandagain wrote:

We are not considering a “skin” that switches between the look of 2.0 and 3.0, but we may consider being able to toggle which side of the screen the stage is on.

I ask because a lot of people are saying that switching the side the stage is on is “rejected”. Is there any instance of a Scratch Team member saying this?

I don't know. Judging by what @thisandagain said though, it looks like it's a suggestion that's being considered.
This isn't a topic for considered suggestions (or suggestions currently being added), but I think there may be one in the 3.0 subforum?

I get this, but Item 9 doesn't seem fair. If no one else could see the rewards, then why would you say no? It could be like a challenge to help a user learn. Right?

New rejected suggestion (?): “Stop Scratch 3.0”
https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/325170/

I suppose this is self-explanatory and doesn't really deserve to go on the list, especially since 3.0 comes out in 2 weeks, but eh.

I guess it's just something that doesn't really have any clear benefit to Scratch - I didn't really say anything about these so I don't know for sure.

I probably won't add this since 3.0 is already being added, although it's still good to know it's on here.

Should “nicknames” be added to the list, or is that too similar to changing your username?

I'll probably add it to “changing your username”.

I know that a topic like this already exists, but it has become very inactive recently and is also fairly incomplete.

33: Banning certain franchises:
The Scratch Team will not ban any franchise as a whole unless said franchise contains shockingly inappropriate content and little to no clean content, and would be virtually impossible to make anything appropriate out of it. The reason that certain franchises such as FNAF have some restrictions is because they are very popular and had many inappropriate projects made about them (see number 17), however this is a fairly rare scenario and there's no need to do it with most franchises unless they suddenly become very popular on the site with many inappropriate projects about them coming in too.

Paddle explains it better than me, though:

Paddle2See wrote:

As with so many of these “Ban some game or movie” suggestions, we feel that it is possible to make Scratch projects that are appropriate for Scratch with the material. Also, we have not had a large number of inappropriate projects based around Star Wars.

Please use the Report button on projects that you feel are not okay for Scratch - but we don't see a need to put specific restrictions on Star Wars based projects at this time.

)

Nice list ;) Why would Star Wars be inappropriate? I mean it is kinda scary, but . . . . . (Sorry I watched Star Wars and I found it not scary/inappropriate.)
