Collab accounts

I have a couple questions about collab accounts. They are shown below.

What's often posted on collab accounts? I do see projects on collab accounts. Stuff like credits, intros, and outros, it looks to me like it's supposed to be like keeping things organized for a collab project. But I just would like to know for sure.

2. I saw a Scratch Wiki article that said “Do not give out your password unless it's a collab account”, and I'm wondering, “How can two people know a password for an account without it being possible for everyone to see?”

For question 2: Possibly they can give each other their email address and perhaps email each other the password OR they might know each other in real life

That's something you have to figure out with the other person.

In case you still care, I'll answer these questions.
1. Collab accounts are more organized; making Scratch projects together can be very fun. Plus, all the collab projects are stored on one account, but there's a rule kinda against these accounts.
2. They may use a private messaging service or

Please note that I may sometimes make a mistake and give wrong information.

Can you please put this at/near the top of your signature and tell people that tag spam isn't allowed and it manipulates the algorithm, to start a chain and spread the word? - Thanks, @EDawg2011.

But then I had a very good idea. I used F5. See, using F5 gave me a whole new perspective and I was able to see a chest I couldn't have seen before.

A fair word of warning:
The ST discourages the use of collab accounts, but they aren't banned. You should know that it is risky to give someone else your password, as then they can see your email, and potentially get the account banned.

Make sure you 100% trust the person you're giving the password.

Incorrect; they are banned. In most cases you are not allowed to share accounts with other Scratchers. See this topic for more details: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/183361/
