Suggestions: Awesome work! The front page was clear, concise, and everything was presented without extra fluff, which is something, in all my years of scratch, still ticks me off, so good job on that. As for speed, it was fairly fast, and while I was left in silence for a day or so, it didn't take long to get a response after. Staff were friendly, and seemed to work in collaboration with each other, which is how a shop should run. The quality of the project was very good. There was one small mistake, but I worked it out with the person who did my order, which is why the staff are great. Awesome shop, fairly professional, and will order again. Just need to work on response time.
