I wrote a guide awhile back but can't find it, so I'll recap:

First: Your inventory should consist of 1-2 Revivemints, the TopCake (NOT the SpinCake), and 9-10 Darkburgers. Don't rely on food too much (use Ralsei to heal if possible) and only use the TopCake if one party member is 1 tap and the others are down.

Second: If you plan to get the Devilsknife (an axe for Susie), here's the procedure:

-First turn: Defend/Defend/Defend
-Second turn: ACT Pirouette/Defend/Defend, then every turn after follow this:
-Kris: Attack if over 90% TP, defend otherwise.
-Susie: Rude Buster when possible (50% TP), defend otherwise.
-Ralsei: Heal team when necessary, defend otherwise.

Do NOT spare him if you want the Devilsknife. If you want the Jevilstail or don't care what you get, you can use Ralsei's Pacify when the message “Jevil is truly exhausted!” appears. Also remember that Jevil has 3500 HP and goes into second phase and starts to use Chaos Bomb around 1750 HP (50% of max).

If you plan to get the Jevilstail (an armor best suited for Ralsei or Noelle), you can fight him until he is exhausted, which rarely happens, or do this:

-First turn: Defend/Defend/Defend
-Kris: ACT Hypnosis when possible (50% TP), defend otherwise.
-Susie: Defend. Only Susie's turn should be used for items.
-Ralsei: Defend, or use Heal Prayer as necessary.

When you get the status message “Jevil is truly exhausted!”, use Ralsei's Pacify to spare him and obtain the Jevilstail.

Also, when he uses his carousel attack, you have about .75 seconds of i-frames at the start. Use those to go to the bottom-right corner, and go up when necessary.
