I've just finished implementing rotatable parts in the test version for SPS check it out here!
(Arrow keys to rotate part when it has been grabbed, I'll improve this in the future)

Yeah… It's because of planet rotation speed messing with the math of trajectory. I'll probably fix that by using the surface relative velocity. (Also, what do you mean my the “pointer for which direction you're pointing at”?)
