Pyonkee is a current programming environment for iPad. It is downloaded over 50,000.
For example, Ferndown First School in UK used it in their class on Nov 12.

??? Of course it is! This is supposed to be a copy of Scratch (modified so it can run on iPads). This is not a completely independent app, but rather a remix of Scratch, sort of like a copy.

Yes, it is. Tap the camera button from costume or background tab, then tap the folder button.

Yes, but you can get it indirectly.
At first you need to make a project file that includes specified sounds on Scratch 1.4.
Then upload it to Dropbox.
Finally you can download it to Pyonkee from Dropbox app on iPad.
