Devilman Crybaby isn't specifically about vampires, but has a lot of elements and tropes from the vampire genre. Basically the closest thing you're going to get to an actually good vampire anime.

I've already seen it and I loved it tbh. I even went and tried to watch the other, older Devilman animes because of it.

I've been thinking of watching Jojo for a while because memes but it's not really got that much of a vampire element from what I know. I'm looking for something that's more about vampires rather than something that just has them

Not a good choice if you're looking for serious vampires. Might be okay if you're into the “self-insert, bland as plain oatmeal protagonist that a group of girls randomly have decided is their lord and savior” thing.

Harem is weird. Except for that one School Days interquel where you can punch the jerk protagonist of the original in the face. Punching jerks in the face is generally a good feeling.

Weirdly enough, I'm not fond of the Aggretsuko anime, despite being a Sanrio fan. I remember when the character first came out. But I wasn't attracted to the dry humor and none of the characters felt likeable to me.
