its basically a like button, NOT a vote.

Support so i can hijack the thread just to say that scratch team is so worried that if they add a dislike button, then little timmy would get hit with a 999:1 like ratio and he would cry and quit scratch.

You should also be able to sort by most liked/upvoted, and creators should be able to pin comments. It would be useful in scenarios where they need to announce something related to the project and know people won't read the description before they go to the comments.
