Isn't that what every BoD member in our shop does though? Everyone is free to develop ideas, BoD members need to look over team members and alert me if they do anything wrong and all team members can help each other out, and we already have dozens of people that have the power to hire and fire. Having another position that does the exact thing would just a waste of space.
