I recommend that you don't snip the entire posts all the time and leave out some relevant parts - because that user could've 1) posted a lot and it will be hard to figure out which post you responded to 2) it's hard to see what part of a post you're referring to

TEST ORDERS POLL RESULTS
All voters / team members must read entire post!

Hello there, people! Welcome to another poll results post, and today's is going to be rather interesting! Extremely sorry for the delay from yesterday, and I know I said that last time this happened, it wouldn't happen again, but yesterday I felt demotivated and too distracted to make a proper Poll Jumble post. I'll try my best to make sure it really won't happen again, with school starting and all. And about school starting, I've been planning a little bit of stuff to make sure the shop runs perfectly and nothing goes wrong. However, there will be a lot of changes to the shop, but in the end it will only help with the activity and making sure that the shop will not go unstable.

Anyways, moving on from that, today we're going to be looking at the poll results for the suggestion by (rather coincidentally) me, and apparently I suggested a while ago that test orders should be implemented to Longarms, which means that that team members will get test orders every once in a while to test their skills in the service they work in, and also to make sure they have something to do if their service has low demand and they need to have a little bit of time pass (which, I must admit, we all required way before this when quarantine was still serious).

Additionally, this poll is a bit larger since it had some extra feature requests (such as the third option listed in the results) that had to be addressed, and you can expect that polls will have a lot of choices in the future as we don't want voters to cast involuntary votes because the choice they want is not listed. I've been in many situation in “official” polls or elections before and have cast a lot of involuntary votes (or just chosen random answers in a quiz) due to the one I truly want not being listed there.

Anyways, enough dilly-dallying! Let's see what the poll results are!

No, I don't think this would be a good idea - if a team member's service is inactive or they want to learn new things, let them deal with it. We're a shop for customers, not for helping our team members - 58.33%
YES! It would help out so much for team members who work in services that have low demand or are inactive, and would help team members that are neglected get recognized by BoD members. They would finally get a chance, a good opportunity! - 25.00%
Yeah, but this idea would be much better with the rating system, I feel like that wouldn't cause much arguments and should be implemented as well.. - 16.67%

WHOA THERE! That is officially the SECOND unexpected poll in the last two weeks! Everyone in SUCS and Longarms had always exclaimed that they wanted this feature so much when I'd mentioned it, and look how much this has been downvoted! This is definitely a huge surprise for everyone! Wow, honestly, this has just disabled my English vocabulary picking skills, now I'm speechless…

That was… different… I suppose test orders are not getting implemented anymore then, unless a huge coincidence passes by…Well, uh, hopefully you found this poll results post interesting - I certainly did, and I'll see you tomorrow with another one…

aII toasters toast toast, but what happens when there are no longer toasters being produced? will their technology simply become obsolete, with humans moving onto bigger, better things? will toast become a distant memory, written in textbooks of the future as foods us simpler generations ate? who's to say! society is constantly moving, changing, evolving, ideas being built upon, improved upon, theories being proven or disproven. are we but a blip on the timeline? sure, our names may not be remembered, but that's not the point. you can make a change. you can make a difference. you can make the world better, even if you don't know yet. and the first step is to go for it. even if you are afraid of failure. going back to the example of toasters, do you know off the top of your head who invented them? no? have you used one? probably. so, even if you don't remember my name, if I was able to help awnser your question, that is enough. if I was able to help you, even in the slightest way, this could push you to continue with scratch and not give up after the program crashes, and maybe one day learn other programming languages and change the world. everything is a cause and effect reaction, new inventions lead to the technology of the future, and even as the generations of the past are slowly forgotten, their influence lives on to this day, affecting how the world eventually turned out and how it will be for generations to come.

and, without toasters, we wouldn't have toast.
