The banner looks really nice but doesn't actually fit the title. Your a ‘profile picture’ shop but the banner is a firework. Doesn't quite make sense.

But apart from that, I actually don't have much to say on this shop (oops actually I do have a lot to say)! Except for the fact that your Board of Directors looks quite weird. You should change the ‘Head’ spot to ‘President’ since that's what most shops use (I know your being unique, but it'll cause confusion since most shops just ask for president of your shop). Deputy Head becomes Vice President. I also suggest you add a Public Relations Officer or Partnerships Officer. You actually don't need a ‘dialogue sorter’ spot, it seems too… useless (no offense). I say you add that job to the Vice President. You should also give the managing of the Orders Center to the Orders Head. You can't do everything. I also suggest making a chairman spot that hosts activity checks and chairs meetings. The Vice President can also take care of the jobs of the Order Quality Manager AND oversee the production/activeness of the workers. The Vice President also takes YOUR place when you're absent.
