The Official List of Rejected Suggestions
Would something like this be important enough to be added onto 2.1 (or 7.1, for more general), or creating a new subtitle altogether? It basically is rejecting creating private accounts.
I guess I could see this being mentioned already in the Terms of Use against sharing accounts, but I think this gets suggested pretty often.

The Official List of Rejected Suggestions
"1.8 “Control mouse pointer” block
This block, and others, could be used to hide the mouse pointer or change the way the mouse pointer looks in a project. These blocks, however, do not significantly change the types of projects that can be created with Scratch; for more information, see this post. In addition, they may cause confusion to users, wondering where the mouse pointer went. A feature to control the mouse pointer, including freezing it or preventing it from leaving the project screen, poses similar confusing problems.
However, changing the look of the mouse pointer to one of the default mouse pointers is NOT rejected; you can discuss that on this topic.
I agree with every rejected idea, except this one! If players are angry or confused because they don't see their mouse pointer just go play another game, scratch as thousands of them! I don't understand how having an oversized horrible custom mouse pointer is acceptable, but hiding it isn't! The worst part is that sometimes the custom mouse pointer goes bellow the original one, wich is terrible!

The Official List of Rejected Suggestions
https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/7280265/The existing description already takes this into account since it, and the browser extension policy itself, is very clear that there are no browser extensions are allowed to be mentioned. Alternatively, note that it is rejected to “improve” the extension policy — and allowing Add this to the thing about not changing the extension policy, stating that only trusting certain extensions is also rejected: some browser extensions falls under “improving” the policy.
I'm confused as to what you mean. If they're rejected, feel free to elaborate further and/or post some links to bring it to my attention. If they're not rejected, let me know on my profile instead. I feel like “(insert something) upon warning/mute/ban” suggestions are getting more common.

This could be a prominent new addition to the list. I have seen it many times in the forums.Bumping this because I still think it should be added.
And actually, upon further investigation, it seems it has been rejected by 2015.

Aside from the posts you mentioned, it was suggested here, here, here, here, here, here, here. and here. This could be a prominent new addition to the list. I have seen it many times in the forums.Bumping this because I still think it should be added.

EDIT: Not all of them are closed, and the last one @Za-Chary actually rejected back in those glorious days when I could see that he removed part of a post.
