This page is missing languages that can't be accessed with the dropdown, but can still be translated (Albanian, Esperanto, etc.) Same thing goes for this page incorrectly saying only 48 languages can be translated.

We already document that

I'll add that when I get the chance. Does anyone have a complete list of languages that are available not via the dropdown though?

We already say that “every year since 2020” and “However, the Scratch Team has added cat blocks for April Fools' Day every year ever since 2021.” Specifically saying 2022 seems redundant.

However, what @scratchgodo probably also meant is that there isn't a link to the 2022 April Fools' Day editor.

Just a question: Will today's “weirdness” be added to the Scratch timeline? (When it gets fixed, that is.)

Albanian, Armenian, Belarusian, Esperanto, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Kannada, Kurdish (Kurmanji), Latin, Macedonian, Malayalam, Maltese, Marathi, Mongolian, Telugu, and Uzbek is the complete list (I think). Please double check though, I might have missed something.

I have seen variations of this bug pop up before, so I don't think it's anything special to today. It also isn't a major enough bug (in my opinion at least) to get its own article.

So turns out I missed two, being Malay and Myanmar (Burmese), sorry about that. Turns out this link shows all of the available languages on Scratch.

The changes got reverted and it says “Reverted edit by anti-spam user” on the history section…

Edit: Never mind, seems like it was fixed

so, i wonder something… whats the point of using cookies for the wiki? i hear that theyre not very safe, and scratch is supposed to be as safe as possible. so, there must be a big reason behind the fact that you use cookies. but what is it?

I'm no tech genius, but I think they're to store data into your computer. Correct me if I'm wrong.

if they store data into your computer, that makes them even more secure, as you dont know whats coming in, and you're even MORE oblivious to what may be coming out…

Virtually every website uses cookies. The Wiki just uses cookies to store your session state (if it didn't, it wouldn't remember you were logged in if you went to another page). Cookies are only dangerous when they are used for things like tracking (think Google, etc.), but when just used for basic session state they are harmless and in fact essential for the functioning of the website.

The Wiki account would stay the same.

Eg:
Scratch username= User1
Wiki username= User1

But if the user changes theirs:
Scratch username= User2
Wiki username= User1

it dose not change unless you go in and do so
