If you liked the X series and want to see how it expanded, yes.
If you didn't like the X series, I wouldn't.
Also, it's called the Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection, as the collection includes Zero 1, 2, 3, 4, ZX, and ZX Advent.

Basically what sonic__fan said. Mega Man Zero takes place 100 years later after the events of Mega Man X, and it expands more on the story and more on Zero's character development, not to mention, banger soundtracks like Cannonball
