Basically making a character to be as powerful as possible in gameplay with as few weaknesses as possible, rather than focusing on making them a good character

And all the world over, each nation's the same,
They've simply no notion of playing the game.
They argue with umpires, they cheer when they've won,
And they practice beforehand, which ruins the fun!

Like bounty hunter? I have a rogue build that might work (if your DM is nice) with a longbow and a rapier, which is fine enough, since it's a ranged build.
