Kars is pretty underrated, he's actually a pretty good JoJo villain. At the beginning, he's really careful when he's around nature, he really respects it, because he doesn't really know what it is yet, and he sees the humans destroying these things, and he wants to get rid of them. He even cares for his comrades like Wammu and Esidisi.

But then Kars just turned into a evil dude who hates everything after he became the Ultimate Lifeform. He sees a squirrel and he kills it, because he can turn his hand into a squirrel. He just now feels like the greatest guy in the world.
