The number of people who say this are either inconsiderate or don't read, because the point of this thread is for a mobile app that works online and offline that only contains the editor (and possibly a publish button like Scratch 1.X but that's just my suggestion) if you're going to look at a thread, please read the OP's post for context or read the entire forum post before posting. If the app can’t be submitted then how about the trollstore method
if you have trollstore like me
then you can get an .ipa of the app
and then install it and boom and no revokes and no expiration
and no internet
plus it doesn’t require jailbreaking

1000th post also use -forbidden- or highlight and ctrl (optional on some browsers) + shift + down arrow for more of my siggy

scratch wouldn't want to have an app on a third-party appstore, they'll think it's unsafeTrollstore is not a 3rd party appstore its a permanent .ipa signer and sideloader
and Trollstore is safe to use

When will scratch come on iPad?As far as I know, the Scratch Team has no plans to put Scratch on iPads. Best to just use your browser

Not necessarily; at the beginning there was absolutely no support for mobile devices. The team also reportedly developed an app for iOS but it was taken down by Apple mods (the irony).
